Privacy & Personal Data Protection

In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, it is hereby stated that the personal data requested from the Customer is necessary for processing their order and issuing invoices, among other purposes.

The Seller undertakes to protect and ensure the security and confidentiality of its Customers’ personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in particular by taking all appropriate measures to prevent such data from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

In particular, Customers’ personal data may be shared with service providers and contractual partners who, acting as data processors within the meaning of the GDPR, are directly involved in the management of orders and require access to the personal data provided by the Customer when creating and using their account. These processors may only act on the instructions of the Seller.

Customers’ personal data is collected for the following purposes:

  • Order management and customer relationship management;
  • Providing customers with information regarding offers and commercial updates related to the brand.

In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and object to the processing of their personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Data Protection Rights”).

To exercise one or more of these rights, the Customer must send a request by email or post to the following service:

The request must include the Customer’s first name, last name, and email address. Each request must be signed and accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document bearing the Customer’s signature and specifying the return address.

A response to any request made under Data Protection Rights will be provided within two months of receipt.
